I’m Frederik Tennholt and I am the founder of Good Monday. I have over 20 years of professional experience and extensive knowledge from working with photography, creative advertising retouching and 3D/CGI at various production houses.

As a 3D/CG artist I am a skilled 3D modeler with a keen eye for details and photographic CG lighting and rendering. This combined with many years of experience as a creative image retoucher makes me a multitalented partner for working on a wide variety of projects.

The world of 3D offers unlimited possibilities and I love to learn and to immerse myself into new areas within this fascinating field of art.

I set up Good Monday in 2013 and it has evolved into a successful platform from which I can specialise in the field of creative imaging and offer my full commitment and focus to any project that I am working on.

I am based in Gustavsberg, a beautiful town just outside of Stockholm, which is famous for its Swedish porcelain. Whilst Sweden is my base, I am available for working on projects from all over the world.
