Hi, I’m Frederik Tennholt and I am the founder of Good Monday. I have over 20 years of professional experience and extensive knowledge from working with photography and creative advertising retouching as well as being a 3D/CG artist.

As a 3D/CG artist I am skilled at 3D modelling (both hard surface and organic 3D sculpting), photographic CG lighting and rendering, material and texture creation and post-work.

The world of 3D offers unlimited possibilities and I love to learn and to immerse myself into new areas within this fascinating field of art.

I set up Good Monday in 2013 and it has evolved into a successful platform from which I can specialise in the field of creative imaging and offer my full commitment and focus to any project that I am working on.

I am based in Gustavsberg (a beautiful town just outside of Stockholm) which is famous for its Swedish porcelain! Whilst Sweden is my base, I am available for working on projects from all over the world.
